Operating Tips

1. CONNECTING ATTACHMENT TOOLS
CAUTION: When changing 'attachment tooling' and for
all other work always wear protective gloves.
WARNING
Avoid touching the sharp edges of the attachment tools
at all times to reduce the danger of injury. Be aware, the
attachment tools can become very hot while they are working
and must never be touched, otherwise burns will occur.
WARNING!
Do not direct any part of a saw blade edge towards the
WARNING
user or another person, this will reduce the risk of injury.
2. CONNECTING THE VACUUM ACCESSORY
WARNING!
Before mounting or replacing the attachment tools or
WARNING
accessories, turn off The Renovator and pull the plug out of
the power source.
This preventative safety measure eliminates danger from
accidentally starting the power tool. Mount the vacuum
device as shown on page 19.
3. USING THE ON/OFF SWITCH
To switch The Renovator
ON: Slide the switch
forward to reveal the (I)
marking indicating ignition.
RENOVATOR IS ON
To switch The Renovator
OFF: Slide the switch
backward to reveal the (0)
marking indicating off.
RENOVATOR IS OFF
