Gourmet plate
Fisherman's salmon
(Serves 2)
Zubereitungszeit: 5 – 10 Minuten
2 pieces of salmon fillet (each 150 g)
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt, white pepper
Drizzle the salmon with the lemon juice,
and leave to stand for approx. 10
minutes. Place the Gourmet plate on
the turntable, and pre-heat for approx.
5 minutes at 450 W + Grill. Remove
from the oven, pat the fish dry with
kitchen paper, and place on the
Gourmet plate, pressing down on it
slightly. Place the Gourmet plate back
on the turntable, and cook for approx.

Grill.
Serve with rice, hollandaise sauce or
melted butter and a fresh green salad.
