    General The Ariterm BioComp with PX52 burner is an economical, reliable and environmentally friendly boiler for fuel pellets intended for heating buildings and larger detached homes. As standard, the BioComp is equipped with integrated automatic controls for the production of hot water (does not apply to the Ultra Light version).
  • Page 4 The boiler should be unpacked as close to the installation site as possible. Ariterm's transport insurance covers any transport damage that oc- curs during transport from the factory to the first intermediate storage location. It is important that the recipient of the boiler checks the boiler's condition before accepting the delivery.

    Chimney connection and opening for combustion air The low temperature of the flue gas from the BioCompPX gives rise to a risk of condensation in the chimney. Make sure the chimney is well ventilated with the help of draught diverter/inhibi- tor The chimney flue should be stainless steel or acid-proof.

    PIPE INSTALLATION Installation of safety valve (not included in the delivery) The valve must be CE marked with maximum opening pressure 3.0 bar, minimum size DN 25. The safety valve must be selected based on the combined equipment's highest pressure class. Do not install any device between the valve and the boiler that can be used to close the connec- tion.

    ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION The BioCompPX is equipped as standard with a heat exchanger pump and automatic soot re- moval; these are already connected in the connection box. In addition, a flue gas fan is included in the standard equipment. The fan is installed at the back of the boiler and is controlled by the burner's control panel, setting Fan 2/Air 2.

    INSTALLATION OF THE BURNER Mount the runners on the burner hatch flange. Secure the guide lugs onto the mounting bracket with screws, and the mounting bracket at the bottom edge of the burner, angled back out from the boiler. First apply the sealing braid as shown in the picture, then push the burner back into place.
