The boiler should be unpacked as close to the installation site as possible. Ariterm's transport insurance covers any transport damage that oc- curs during transport from the factory to the first intermediate storage location. It is important that the recipient of the boiler checks the boiler's condition before accepting the delivery.
Chimney connection and opening for combustion air The low temperature of the flue gas from the BioCompPX gives rise to a risk of condensation in the chimney. Make sure the chimney is well ventilated with the help of draught diverter/inhibi- tor The chimney flue should be stainless steel or acid-proof.
If the return water temperature is too low it can result in a risk of corrosion. Make sure the low- est return water temperature is approx. 60°C during operation. Example of installation 1. ARITERM BIOCOMP PX 1. ARITERM BIOCOMP PX 2. 3-WAY VALVE, RADIATOR HEAT 2.
PIPE INSTALLATION Installation of safety valve (not included in the delivery) The valve must be CE marked with maximum opening pressure 3.0 bar, minimum size DN 25. The safety valve must be selected based on the combined equipment's highest pressure class. Do not install any device between the valve and the boiler that can be used to close the connec- tion.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION The BioCompPX is equipped as standard with a heat exchanger pump and automatic soot re- moval; these are already connected in the connection box. In addition, a flue gas fan is included in the standard equipment. The fan is installed at the back of the boiler and is controlled by the burner's control panel, setting Fan 2/Air 2.
