Always connect

rheostat (variable resistor)
or dimmer circuit, even if
the rheostat or dimmer
channel serves only as a
0–100% switch.

AC Power

The Colorist™ Panel 8Qa has an auto-ranging power supply that works with an input voltage
range of 100–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz.
Make sure that you are connecting this product to the proper voltage, as per the specifications
in this User Manual or on the product's sticker.

AC Plug

The Colorist™ Panel 8Qa comes with an IP65 power input cord terminated with a proprietary
IP65 connector and an IP65-to-Edison power cord adapter. If the power cord adapter that came
with your product has no plug or you need to change the Edison plug, use the table below to
wire the new plug.

Power Linking

The Colorist™ Panel 8Qa supports power linking. You can power link up to 6 products at 120
VAC, 18 products at 208 VAC, or 12 products at 230 VAC. Never exceed these numbers. This
product comes with a power input cord. This product does not require additional power
linking cables; however, if longer power linking cables are needed, they can be purchased
separately.
