Physical Mounting Procedure:
1. Remove the lid. (Note that screws are captive and need not be
fully removed from lid - see fig. 3.)
2. Remove plastic plugs from knock-outs as required. (see fig. 4)
3. Mount box to surface with appropriate fasteners. (Note: inner
diameter of hole is 3/16ths of an inch - see fig. 5.)
