Replacing the complete rear light (LED lighting unit)

Requirements:
 4 mm Allen key
 13 mm socket spanner
Removing the rear light

Remove the rear and the centre cover as described in chapters 7.1.1 and 7.1.2.

Carefully note the location of the cable and the connection locations of the various plugs.
Either mark each plug and socket, or take a photograph with a digital camera.

Loosen the cable leading to the lighting PCB from the rear light affected (2).

Loosen the nut (1) with a 13 mm socket spanner.

Lift off the plastic casing (2).
