7.3 Components in Back Panel Area

(a)
Remove oven from joinery cavity. (Refer to Section 7.1).
(b)
Remove the six rear-most screws on top panel.
(c)
Remove two screws fixing the cable connector panel to back panel.
(d)
Remove back panel retaining screws and lift off back panel. Components at back
of oven will now be accessible.
Re-assembly
(a)
Re-fit in reverse manner.
(b)
Follow re-assembly procedure (Refer to Section 7.5).

7.4 Components in Service Panel Area

(a)
Remove from joinery cavity. (Refer to Section 7.1).
Warning: To avoid the oven tipping forward remove shelves, doors and utensils.
(Refer to Section 7.20).
Note: The oven does not need to be removed completely from joinery cavity.
Sliding the oven out 8 inches (200mm) will give sufficient access space.
(b)
Remove four screws securing service panel to the control panel, and three screws
fixing service panel to the top panel.
(c)
Lift off service panel. The power module and other electronics can now be
accessed.
Re-assembly
(a)
Re-fit in reverse manner.
(b)
Follow re-assembly procedure (Refer to Section 7.5).

7.5 Re-assembly Procedure

(a)
After repairing or replacing components, ensure that all wiring terminals are
correct and tight. Restore power and test repaired or replaced components.
(Refer to Diagnostics Section 4.3)
(b)
Disconnect from power supply before re-fitting appropriate panels.
(c)
Slide oven back into joinery cavity and ensure the four securing screws are fitted.
(d)
Re-fit oven doors.
(e)
Restore power and check oven modes.
(f)
Reset time on clock.
(g)
Replace oven trays, shelves and utensils.
