Placethe meat in the cold ovenandthe first stagewill searthe meat at a hightemperature for 20 minutesto crispand brownthe exterior. ACCESSORIES BROILING SYSTEM YourAeroTech rM ovencomeswith Fisher_ Payket's uniquebroilingsystem,purposedesignedto preventhot fat andjuices in the broilerpan splatteringthroughoutthe oven. Thebroilingsystemis intendedto be usedas one completeunit, howeverit can be interchanged to suit yourcookingpreference as illustrated. COOKING PROBE AND ROASTING CHART We recommend you use the Cooking Probe to accurately judge when meat is cooked to your preference. 'Time per pound' is a rough guide and should only be used to estimate when the meat will be ready. Cooking with Roast, TrueAero,AeroBroit and AeroBake will take less time than with Bake.

CLEANING Please read the following section to make sure that the correct cleaning is carried out to maintain your ovens appearance. Your oven has been produced using several different finishes, due to this please follow the recommended cleaning instructions to avoid permanent damage.

SELF CLEAN MODE Short Self Clean Cycle A shorterSelfCleancyclecan be selectedif the ovenis onlylightlysoiled. Select the SeffCleanmodebyturningthe ovenmodedial. 'Self Clean' w ill appearin the display. Select the maximum temperatureusingthe temperaturedial. While '000' is shownin the display,pressthe COOK TIMEbutton. 'CookTime','Auto' and the colonwill flash. Rotatethe SETTING SELECTOR to reducethe time, this canbe anywherebetween2 and 3 hours.

TROUBLE SHOOTING CAUSE REMEDY Oven is not connected to electrical power. Have service company/electrician check power connections, wiring and fuses. Clock not set due to power cut or failure. Clock must be set before the oven can be used. The oven will go into 'Set Up' mode when the electricity is restored after a power cut.
