The SGS-5220 Series Swtich supports shortest path forwarding technology to optimal data flow across the stack. The
advantage of shortest path forwarding as below:

Automatic Loop Prevention – Using Time To Live (TTL) information in the stack-header

Utilize all stack links in the ring.
