When Y=7, the default value is G726-24;
When Y=8, the default value is G726-32;
When Y=9, the default value is G726-40.

Description:
Configures the priority of the enabled codec for account X.
When Y=1, the default value is 1;
When Y=2, the default value is 2;
When Y=3, the default value is 3;
When Y=4, the default value is 4;
When Y=5, the default value is 0;
When Y=6, the default value is 0;
When Y=7, the default value is 0;
When Y=8, the default value is 0;
When Y=9, the default value is 0.
