Step 3: Create a RADIUS client profile for the CN3000

Any device that uses the services of a RADIUS server to perform authentication tasks is
called a RADIUS client, and must have its own RAS Client profile. Therefore, you must
create a profile for the CN3000.
To complete this section you need to know the IP address assigned to the Internet port
on the CN3000. For this example, use the address 192.168.2.1.
Note: The configuration settings you make here will match the settings you make on the
CN3000 later.
1. Select RAS Clients.
2. Click Add.
3. Choose a name for the CN3000. For this example, use the name COLUBRIS. This

5. Specify the address of the CN3000's Internet port. For this example, specify
