Reports
Your machine can print reports containing a wide range of important information. Here are some
examples of the different types of reports:
Phonebook
Sent
Received
Pending
Confirmation
Settings
Power Fail
To print a report:

Press Menu.

Press a scroll button (
then press Select.

Press a scroll button until the type of report that you want to print appears on the bottom line
of the display, and then press Select.
Report
Current shortcuts and groups stored in the
machine.
Most recent faxes sent.
Most recent faxes received.
Pending fax jobs that have been entered using
the Delay Send feature.
Faxes that have been confirmed received.
Current default settings.
• Time the power failed.
• Delay Send jobs that were deleted during the
power failure.
• Received faxes that were erased during the
power failure
• Failed jobs that were in the process of being
sent or received.
