Causes and correction of errors
Low battery. Refer to chapter
tery/Change battery
Ambient temperature is too low. The normal display
will recover when the temperature rises.
The unit has been exposed too long to direct
sunlight or high temperatures. It will recover to its
normal status under the shade.
The unit is broken. Contact customer service at
1-800-536-0366
Battery is empty. Refer to chapter
tery/Change battery
Wear the unit properly according to the manual.
The set values are not correct. Check the weight
and stride settings and adjust if necessary.
Setting was changed to metric.
See chapter "8.5 Change basic settings
Unit was used in a vehicle, e.g. car. The unit is not
able to record any exact activity data. Switch off
step measurement when using it in a vehicle.
The set sensitivity is wrong. See "8.3 Attaching the
activity sensor" for finding the correct sensitivity
level.
Mount the unit properly according to the manual
and ensure the set sensitivity level is set.
You have run less then 10 steps in one go. The
steps and activity time is only updated if you have
run at least 10 steps in one go.
The battery is almost empty.
