As soon as you are in the activity menu,
your activity time will be displayed in the
middle line (after deletion: 00:00:00) and
the steps you have already walked or
run will appear in the bottom line.

8.2 Display activity data

You are in the activity menu.
Display 1:
Middle line: activity time
Bottom line: steps already walked or run
Press
Display 2:
Middle line: fat burning
Bottom line: calorie consumption
NOTE: The calculation of the total fat and calo-
rie consumption is based on the walking/running
speed.

There are various possibilities to wear the activity sensor:
on your belt/pants waistband (recommended wearing method)
in your pants pocket
as a wristwatch.
