5 The telephone company may make changes in its facilities, equipment,
operations or procedures that could affect the operation of the
equipment. If this happens the telephone company will provide advance
notice in order for you to make necessary modifications to maintain
uninterrupted service.
6 If trouble is experienced with this equipment, for repair or warranty
information please contact AudioCodes Inc., 2099 Gateway Place, Suite
500, San Jose, CA, 95110, phone number 1-408-441-1175. If the
equipment is causing harm to the telephone network, the telephone
company may request to disconnect the equipment until the problem is
resolved.
7 Installation is described in the Product User's manual. Connection to
Telephone Company-provided coin service is prohibited. Connection to
party lines service is subject to State tariffs.
