Then complete the installation by connecting your choice of loop pad, sofa loop cable, room loop cable and/or headphones. The Univox® CLS-1 box contains a hearing loop driver and switched power supply as well as the chosen loop solution.

If needed, use the velcro pads included to fasten the loop driver to the side or back of the TV.
Connect Univox® CLS-1 to your TV and/or other sound source Univox® CLS-1 has two inputs (3.5mm) that can be used to connect your TV, stereo or other sound source and a special microphone input (3.5mm), which makes it possible to pick up the sound from the speaker of the TV.
Microphone If a microphone will be used, for example to make it possible for someone else to talk to you while using the loop, it should be connected to the special microphone input (Mic). The microphone shall be an electret type microphone (13T, see section Accessories). It’s also possible to pick up TV or stereo sound by attaching a special microphone on the speaker grid (13A, see section Accessories).

Only use the power adapter supplied with the unit. If the power adapter or cable is damaged, replace with a genuine Univox part. Power adapter must be connected to a mains outlet close to the amplifier and easily accessible.
