NOTE:
8 Lubricate the inside of the throttle grip with
a thin coat of lithium-soap-based grease and
install it onto the handlebar4.
8 Align the projectiona on the right handle-
bar holder assembly with the hole b on the
handlebar.

Make sure the throttle grip operates
smoothly.
7. Adjust:
8throttle cable free play
Refer to "ADJUSTING THE THROTTLE
CABLE FREE PLAY" in chapter 3.
Throttle cable free play (at the flange
of the throttle grip)
1.5 ~ 3.5 mm (0.059 ~ 0.138 in)
