Placing Cards in the ADF

1. Place the stack of cards face down with the long side parallel with
the Width Guides.
2. Adjust the Width Guides to center the cards. Make sure the Width
Guides touch the edges of the cards.
TIPS: Choose "Name Card" from the Scan Size in the Scan Setting
Window when scanning a stack of cards in the ADF.

Placing Document on the Flatbed

1. Lift open the Flatbed Cover.
2. Place single-page document face down on the Flatbed Glass.
Position the document as indicated by the position arrow mark.
3. Close the Flatbed Cover.
