CAUTION:
Install the bearings in their original posi-
tion.
4. Install the piston with the "UP" mark on
the piston crown facing towards the fly-
wheel magnet.
NOTE:
Apply engine oil to the sides of the piston
assembly.
Piston slider: 90890-06530
5. Install half of the bearings (grooved bear-
ings) 6 into the cylinder body 7.
NOTE:
Install the unified thrust bearing at the posi-
tion b shown.

6. Set the crankshaft 8, and oil seals 9
and 0 into the cylinder body as shown.
7. Install the connecting rod cap 5 to the
connecting rod, and then tighten the new
connecting rod bolts A to the specified
torques in two stages.
CAUTION:
Do not reuse the connecting rod bolts,
always replace them with new ones.
