Press the {Menu} key.

If you have assigned the Cover Sheet function to one of the {Favorite} keys,
press it and go to step D. To assign a function to the {Favorite} keys,
"Set favorite keys".

Press the [ Next] key until [Cover Sheet] is displayed.
C
Select [Cover Sheet] with the <> keys, then press the [Select] key.
D
Select [Front & Back Cover] with the <> keys, then press the [OK] key.
