*Please note, once entering a name and numbers from the alpha-numeric keypad, different entry
modes are available to you depending on your preference. These can be changed using the soft key
that is 2 from the LHS. Options are; 2aB (numeric, upper and lower case text), abc (lower case text

Press the soft key underneath Option (2
Use the Scroll Up/Down keys to highlight Move to Contacts.
Press the soft key underneath OK (extreme RHS).
You will be presented with a warning screen – Move selected to Contacts? –
Cancel or OK. Press the soft key under OK (extreme RHS) for 2
remove Blacklisting from this Contact.
Use the Scroll Up/Down keys to highlight Delete.
Press the soft key underneath OK (extreme RHS).
You will be presented with a warning screen – Delete Selected? – Cancel or
OK. Press the soft key under OK (extreme RHS) for 2
blacklisted Contact.
Press the soft key underneath History (extreme LHS).
Use the Page Down and Page Up buttons to highlight the entry required.
Press the soft key below Option (2
Use the Scroll Up/Down keys to select Add to Blacklist.
Press the soft key underneath OK (extreme RHS) to create a blacklisted
Contact with this name and/or telephone number.
Enter Contact's name using the alpha-numeric keypad.*
Use the Scroll Up/Down keys to toggle between the other fields (Office,
Mobile and Other (Home) and enter the relevant telephone numbers.
When you've finished press the soft key underneath Save (extreme RHS).

Use the Scroll Up/Down keys to select Blacklist.
Press the soft key underneath Enter (extreme RHS).
