*Please note, once entering a name and numbers from the alpha-numeric keypad, different entry
modes are available to you depending on your preference. These can be changed using the soft key
that is 2 from the LHS. Options are; 2aB (numeric, upper and lower case text), abc (lower case text

Press the soft key underneath Dir (2
Use the Scroll Up/Down keys to select Blacklist.
Press the soft key underneath Enter (extreme RHS).
Press the soft key underneath Add (2
Enter Contact's name using the alpha-numeric keypad.*
Use the Scroll Up/Down keys to toggle between the other fields (Office,
Mobile and Other (Home) and enter the relevant telephone numbers.
When you've finished press the soft key underneath Save (extreme RHS).
Press the soft key underneath Dir (2
Use the Scroll Up/Down keys to select Contacts.
Press the soft key underneath Enter (extreme RHS).
Use the Scroll Up/Down keys to view your Contacts.
Once you have highlighted the Contact you require, press the soft key
below Option (2 from RHS).

Use the Scroll Up/Down keys to highlight Move to Blacklist.
Press the soft key underneath OK (extreme RHS).
You will be presented with a warning screen – You selected move to
Blacklist? – Cancel or OK. Press the soft key under OK (extreme RHS) for 2
time to complete the Blacklisting of this contact.

Use the Scroll Up/Down keys to select Blacklist.
Press the soft key underneath Enter (extreme RHS).
Use the Scroll Up/Down keys to select the blacklisted Contact.
