Periodic maintenance is necessary to keep your copier in good condition.
Contact your service representative as soon as possible.
Memory is full. Select if print till the last page which has just read or clear
all of the data which has already been read. Copying or reading of another
original cannot be performed until one of these is selected.
If paper is misfed, the copier will stop, and the location of the misfeed will
be displayed in the message display. Remove the misfed paper with the
main switch ON (
) in accordance with the procedure.
The finisher (optional) is not installed correctly. Install it securely.
Unfinished copies were ejected into the tray of finisher (optional) due to
the problem happened during copying. Check and remove those copies.
Copier is inoperable due to the problem of the finisher (optional). Contact
your service representative.
The number of sheets in the finisher (optional) exceeds the capacity.
Remove them.
Paper is misfed inside of the finisher (optional). See the finisher's
instruction handbook to remove paper.
There are no staples in the indicated location of the finisher (optional).

Stapling cannot be operated since the number of copies in the staple sort
mode has exceeded its maximum capacity. Press the Start key and
cancel the staple sort mode to restart copying operation.
Stapling and punching cannot be operated with small size paper, such as
5
" x 8

The punch waste tank of finisher (optional) is full of punch waste. See the
