    Assembly Instruction REQUIRED TOOLS & INSTALLATION EXAMPLES (screws have been attached on side burner , side panel or corresponding parts) Tighten all screws on the grill as some screws may have loosened during transit Side Burner and Side Shelf A. Lay side shelf upside down. Remove the top two screws on the side shelf front panel.
  • Page 8 Assembly Instruction continued Remove the 3 screws along the top edge of the side burner. Loosen the bottom 2 screws without removing them completely. Remove the bottom screw from the side of the main control panel.
  • Page 9 Assembly Instruction continued Align the bottom key holes on side burner with 2 loosened screws in side panel. Attach the side burner to the cart with the two loosened screws on the side panel. Hook the side burner shelf onto the two screws. Tip: This step is meant to help with the installation but do not depend solely on the two screws to hold the weight of the side burner shelf.
  • Page 10 Assembly Instruction continued To assemble the side burner valve to side burner front panel: Loosen the "C" bracket on the burner tube by removing the screw holding it in place. Turn the "C" bracket so the opening of the side burner tube is exposed.

Peel the rubber grip back carefully Insert the Allen wrench into the hole and into the set screw, positioned for tightening. Insert valve stem into knob and tighten the set screw.
