    Assembly Instruction Tighten all screws on the grill as some screws may have loosened during transit Step 1: Side Burner Bowl Assembly Fig.1 1a) Loosen but do not remove 2 screws that are located on the right side panel of the grill. See fig.1.
  • Page 11 Assembly Instruction continued 1d) Align the bottom key holes on side burner bowl (B) with 2 loosened screws on right side panel. Hang the side burner bowel (B) to the cart with the Fig.3 two loosened screws on the side panel. See Fig.3 Tip: This step is meant to help with the installation but do not depend solely on the two screws to hold the weight of the side burner shelf.
  • Page 12 Assembly Instruction continued Fig.5 Step 2: Side Shelf Assembly 2a) Loosen but do not remove the bottom 2 screws that are preassembly on the left side panel of the grill. See Fig.5 2b) Remove the bottom screw that is located on the left side of control panel.
  • Page 13 Assembly Instruction continued 2d) Align the bottom key holes on side shelf Fig.7 with 2 loosened screws on side panel. Hang the side shelf (C) to the cart on the two loosened screws on the side panel. Hook the side shelf into the two screws. See Fig.7. Tip: This step is meant to help with the installation but do not depend solely on the two screws to hold the weight of the side shelf.
  • Page 14 Assembly Instruction continued Step 3: Side Burner Valve Assembly Fig.9 3a) Slightly loosen the screws without removing the screws on the valve. 3b) Insert the valve stem into the side burner tube and then insert the valve into the large hole on the bezel. See Fig. 9. 3c) Slide the screws down to the smaller hole and tighten the screws to secure.
  • Page 15 Assembly Instruction continued Step 5: Side Burner Knob Assembly Fig. 12 5a) Loosen but do not remove screws on side burner valve, insert valve stem into side burner bezel gourd holes, the bezel are preassemble on the side shelf front panel. Slide these 2 screws into gourd hole error part, then tighten.

    Gas Hook - Up NEVER CONNECT AN UNREGULATED GAS SUPPLY LINE TO THE APPLIANCE. USE THE REGULATOR/HOSE ASSEMBLY SUPPLIED. This is a liquid propane configured grill. Do not attempt to use a natural gas supply unless the grill has been reconfigured for natural gas use.
