3.1.5.3 Power Management
This field allows you to select the type (or degree) of power saving
by changing the length of idle time that elapses before the "HDD
Power Down" field is activated.

3.1.5.4 Video Off Method
This determines the manner in which the monitor is blanked.

powered down while all other devices remain active.
