Connecting Peripheral

External Keyboard/Numeric Keypad

You can use your Notebook computer with an optional external
keyboard, numeric keypad, or IBM PS/2 compatible mouse. The
devices are "hot pluggable". You do not have to power down the
Notebook to connect these devices.

Plug the keyboard cable connector into the PS/2 keyboard socket
on the left side of the computer.
To connect a PS/2 compatible mouse to your computer:

Plug the PS/2 mini-din connector into the keyboard/mouse socket
on the left of the computer.
