Cleaning of print head circumference

Cleaning period:
• Weekly
• When print blurring and dot missing remain after head cleaning is done.
Preparation:
Important!
During cleaning, please note the followings.
• Use a cleaning stick in dry condition. If moisten with water or solution, it can cause damage to the print head.
• Do not touch the tip of a cleaning stick with fingers. If sebum is adhered, it can cause damage to the print head.
• Do not reuse a cleaning stick. Dusts can adhere causing damage to the print head.
• Standard cleaning time should be within 5 minutes. If it takes longer, the stick can dry causing damage to the print head.
CAUTION
UV curable Ink and waste fluid are harmful to skin. During this operation, wear the supplied gloves and make sure
that ink does not adhere to your skin. Wear safety goggle and protective clothing if necessary.
WARNING
Do not open or close the front cover if you are not in a balanced posture.
If you open or close it in an unbalanced posture, your hands or other body parts could get caught in it, possibly resulting in
serious injury.

CAUTION
Always open the front cover fully.
If you leave it part-open, it could close suddenly.

Open the front cover slowly, holding it by the places shown in the
picture and using both hands.
• Open the front cover fully up as far as it will go.
