Access Remote IP Camera using DDNS
Step 1 : Login to the IP Camera
Connect the IP Camera in LAN; by default the IP Camera will have an IP address as 192.168.2.3. Login to
the web GUI of the IP camera; the default user name is "admin" and password is "1234".
Step 2 : Assign a Static IP address to the IP Camera
If the IP Camera in LAN is not having a static IP address then please assign a static IP address to the IP
camera. Static private IP address is required becaue the ports need to be opened on the router for this
specific IP address.
Login to the IP camera and click on "Network > LAN". Select the "Network Type" as "Static IP Address"
and enter the IP Address and subnet mask; in this setup the IP assigned is "192.168.1.8" and the subnet
mask is "255.255.255.0".
