System Settings Adjustment
To access and adjust s ste settings:
1. Touch the Settings (
MENU. Sub- enus where adjust ents can be ade will be highlighted. (See
"SYSTEM SETTINGS" on page 23.)

Volume Adjustment

To increase or decrease the volu e level, rotate the front panel Power
On/Off ( ) button / Rotar Volu e (
panel screen will displa the volu e level for 3 seconds. The volu e level ranges
fro 0 to 50 (a beep sounds, indicating that the adjust ent li it has been
reached).

Audible Beep Confirmation

An audible beep tone confir s each function selection. The beep tone can be
disabled through the Setup enu. (See "General Sub- enu Features" on page
23.)

Muting the Audio

Press the front panel Power On/Off (
button to ute the audio fro the unit. Mute icon is displa ed on the LCD screen.
Press the Power On/Off (
again to restore the audio volu e to its previous level. Adjusting the volu e or
using an of the audio setup features cancels the ute function.
Equalizer Controls
Equalizer (EQ): Adjust ent can be ade after entering one of the audio/video
sources (Disc, Radio, USB, AV-IN or SXM).
Touch the Equalizer (EQ) icon to view the Equalizer Control Screen to select a
desired preset setting (Opti al, Classic, Rock, Jazz, Techno or Pop), Flat setting,
custo User setting, ake adjust ents to the audio Balance and Fade levels or to
turn the Loudness option ON or OFF. Touch the SRC icon to return to the current
source. (See "Adjusting Equalizer Controls" on page 21.)
