Using Call Logs and Directories

This section describes how you can use call logs and directories. Use the Menu to access these features.

Using Call Logs

Your phone maintains records of your missed, placed, and received calls.
If you want to...
View your call logs
Erase your call logs 1. Press Menu > Call History.
Dial from a call log
(while not on
another call)

Directory Dialing

Depending on configuration, your phone can provide access to a personal phone book, a corporate
directory, and personal directory features:
• Phone Book—Personal contacts that you set up on your phone. For more information, see the
"Using the Phone Book" section on page 44.
• Corporate Directory—Corporate contacts that you can access on your phone. Corporate
Directory is set up and maintained by your system administrator.
• Personal Directory—If available, personal contacts and associated speed-dial codes that you can
configure and access from your phone and User Options web pages. Personal Directory is
comprised of Personal Address Book (PAB) and Fast Dials.

Then...
1. Choose Menu > Call History.
2. Scroll to and select Missed Calls, Received Calls, or Placed Calls.
3. Scroll to the appropriate number, then press Detail to see information
about the call.

3. Press OK. Doing so erases all records in all logs. Or press Cancel.
