Common Phone Tasks
Hold/resume a call Press Hold or Resume.
Transfer a call to a Press Transfer, enter a
new number target number, then press
Transfer again.
Redial a number Press Redial or
Mute your phone Press MuteOn. To turn
the microphone on, press
MuteOff.
Start a standard Press Confrn. Dial a
conference call number, then press
Confrn again. Repeat for
each party.
Forward your Press CFwdAll. Enter the
extension number to which you
want to forward all calls.
Cancel by pressing
CFwdAll.
Use your call logs Choose Menu > Call
History to choose a call
log. To dial, highlight a
listing and press.
Move a shared line From phone with the
call between desk active call, press Hold.
phone and wireless From other phone, press
phone Resume to connect to the
call.
