Search Page Overview

The Search Page allows you to search for recorded video, events, and other data.
1. Search Page. This button opens the Search Page and additional Search buttons.
2. Timeline Search Mode. This mode allows you to search for video from multiple cameras in a specified
time range.
3. Thumbnail Search Mode. This mode allows you to search for video from one camera by viewing
thumbnail images captured at specified intervals in a time range.
4. Export Buttons. These buttons, available only in Timeline Search Mode, include Save Picture, Export
Video, Print Picture, and Burn Saved Files to CD or DVD.
5. Camera Selection Tree. This allows you to select cameras, audio, or data sources to search.
6. Video Playback Window. Video is played back here.
NOTE: When Thumbnail Search Mode is selected, the Smart Search and export buttons are replaced by
video window layout buttons as described in the "Live Page Overview" section.
