5.6 – Configurations for 12V
In this setup, two batteries are connected but are charging separate. Connect Positive(Red) from Set A
to the Positive(+) terminal on Battery 1. Connect Negative(Black) from Set A to the Negative(-) terminals
on Battery 1. Connect Positive(Red) from Set B to the Positive(+) terminals on Battery 2. Lastly, connect
Negative(Black) from Set B to the Negative(-) terminal on Battery 2.
• 12V 40 amps to each battery

In this setup, one battery is connected in PARALLEL with the two sets of cords. Connect both Positive(Red)
cords from Set A and B to the Positive(+) terminal of the battery. Then connect both Negative(black) cords
from Set A and B to the Negative(-) terminal of the battery.
