Operation Procedures
5.5 – Configurations for 24V
In this setup, the two batteries are connected in SERIES. Connect the Negative(-) from Battery 1 to the
Positive(+) terminal using a jumper wire or jumper bar. Connect Set A Positive(Red) to Positive terminal on
Battery 1. Connect Set B Negative(black) to Negative(-) terminal on Battery 2. *Connect Set B Positve(Red)
to Positive(-) terminal on Battery 2. Connect Set A Negative(Black) to Negative(-) terminal on Battery 1.
*Alternative configuration: The Negative(black) from Set A can also be connected or clamped together
to the Positive(red) from Set B, as opposed to connecting the lines directly to the battery.
• 24V 40 amps to each battery

In this setup, one battery is connected in SERIES. The Negative (Black) from set A is connected or clamped
to Positive (Red) from Set B. Set A Positive (Red) is connect to Positive(+) terminal. Set B Negative (Black) is
connected to the Negative(-) terminal.
