FILTER
OCV Filter is a screen style located on the side of the
cylinder block. It's the primary oil filter for the OCV. If
the filter plugs up, the CVVT system will not operate.

When the CVVT sticks, the intake camshaft's real
position and target position as determined by the PCM
don't match, which sets a DTC. If it's stuck in the
advanced position, the results will range from poor idle
quality to engine stall.
