The control module operates the temperature actuator
in one direction and by reversing polarity, it will
operate the motor in the opposite direction to control
the amount of air moving through the heater core.
The control module supplies a 5V reference to the
potentiometer, which is grounded. Based on the
location of the door, a variable feedback voltage is
supplied back to the control module, indicating door
location. This is compared to the occupant's selected
location of the warm-cool switch.
