Grandstream IP Phone Configuration Guides For GrandStream Handytone 386 How to setup ATA for FAX Follow these steps to set up a GrandStream HandyTone 386 VoIP ATA with MyPBX: Connect the device’s LAN port to your computer with a straight network cable. The device is preconfigured with IP Address 192.168.5.126. - Page 6 Grandstream IP Phone Configuration Guides retrieve the device’s new IP Address.
