Use the playback speed control module to control the
playback speed. To fast forward playback speed simply
click on the button, to slow down playback speed
simply click on the button, and to default playback
speed back to 1X simply click on the
playback button as illustrated below in figure 115.
Corresponding explanations of all the buttons on the RPB
remote playback interface are as follow:
Four - allows all 4 cameras or QUAD playback or
any of the 4 cameras combination.
one - is use to playback single camera (default
CAM1). Any of the 4 cameras can be selected to
playback single full screen.
Login – once logged in to RPB it will become
grayed-out to exit RPB use the exit button.
Minimum – use to minimize RPB graphic interface.
Config – use to configure the remote server IP, IP
port, and save path. Save path can be configured
after login is established where remote server IP
and IP port cannot be change once RPB established
connection. Save path can be of local hard drive or
network drives.

Play – after choosing the date and time to play-
back, press this button to start playback selected
date and time.
Pause – during playback, this button is use to
pause playback video.
Record – during playback mode, press this but-
ton to start AVI recording and the record icon will
change to red, press the
recording at anytime. The AVI file is universal file
which can be use to playback in windows media
player. The AVI compression format will be saved to
the selected path under the configuration param-
eter setup, see figure 109 above.
Speed Down – is use to slow down playback speed
which ranges from X/2 to X/4 speed.
Speed Up - is use to fast forward playback speed
which ranges from 1X,, 2X, and 4X speed.
original Speed – press this button to get back to
the original speed at 1X.
