Saw blade replacement
If the saw blade is damaged or deformed, please replace the saw blade(refer to
above "Install the saw blade").
Before replacing the saw blade, you must clean the flanges and use standard saw
blade which conform to EN847-1.
> Rremove the bottom cover by removing the two securing screws.(Fig.1)
> Remove secure nut, outer flange firstly, then put provided saw blade, fit outer
flange and nut, then tight the secure nut.(Fig.2)

> Replace riving knife
Unscrew the screws on the table insert with a screwdriver then remove the table
insert.
Slacken the two screws (make sure the plate under the table is not removed), then
insert the riving knife into the slot.Adjust the riving knife (5) so that the gap between
the saw blade (2) and the riving knife (5) equals 3 - 5 mm(see Fig. 4)
The riving knife (5) has to be in line with the saw blade (2) in longitudinal direction.
Retighten the two screws.The setting of the riving knife has to be checked each
time after changing the saw blade. Fit table insert back into position.
> Fitting the saw blade guard (Fig. 5)
Mount the saw blade guard (6) on the riving knife (5)and align. Insert the screw
through the hole in the saw blade guard (6) and in the riving knife (5) and secure it
with the nut. To remove the saw blade guard, proceed inreverse order.
