    M62 Professional IP Deskphone Administrator’s Manual Environment The phone you have purchased, as well as any used batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. You should return these to your distributor if they are to replaced or dispose of them in an approved recycling center.

    M62 using the on-screen menus, buttons and navigation keys. To configure your IP Phone from the menu, you can press Menu soft key under the LCD screen.

If you press Navigation Up and Down, phone will change the screen to the following screen: If choose No, phone will not save the settings. You will exit the screen and could continue to configure your phone.

    In addition, the M62 has a large LCD display to show all calls in progress at once and supports HD audio through the use of the G.722 wideband codec, has a dedicated external headset port, and an Extended Dial Module port.

    Using Multiple Calls Each line of service in the M62 can support up to four calls simultaneously. It allows you to place one caller on hold and talk to the other person in another call on the same line.

By the steps as above, you can use one line to make 4 calls simultaneously.

    M62 Professional IP Deskphone Administrator’s Manual Basic Call Features Operation Description Pick-up the handset. You will hear dial tone played. Use the keypad to dial the phone number. Press OK key or “Dial” soft key to dial out immediately, or wait for a while (Dial Timeout setting) for auto-ending the dial.

    Pick-up the handset while hearing phone’s ringing. Receiving a Call Start talking to caller party. On-hook handset when your conversation is over. While being engaged in a conversation (handset, headset, or hands-free mode), you could mute the microphone by Mute the pressing the MUTE key.

    Number Select the number you want to redial. Press “Dial” soft key on LCD to dial out. Call the first party and Hold the call. Note: The M62 can support a 5-party conference call. Press “NewCl” soft key 3-Way Conference Call Dial the number and call another party.

    During an active call, press the Transfer hot key. The active call is placed on hold, and an entry screen is displayed for the number Call Transfer you want to transfer to. (Blind Transfer) Press “Dial” soft key to complete the transfer.
