(1) If your Ethernet Switch supports PoE: - Please connect an Ethernet cable to the Switch port from the LAN port of the IP3032-E. Then you will see the phone LEDs and buttons light up momentarily and the phone will boot. To upgrade IP phone, please ask your Administrator for help. Administrator can upgrade the IP phone through the Web user interface of the IP phone. There is also an Emergency Upgrade process available for administrators or vendors to recover a phone with corrupt or defective firmware that cannot be fixed using the web user interface of the phone.
