You can configure IP3072 phones automatically through configuration files stored on a central provisioning server. Or, you can manually configure a phone using the phone’s menu system via the local user interface.

The IP3072 phone is designed such that if it can not locate a provisioning server when it boots up, it will operate with internally saved parameters. This is useful when the provisioning server is not available.
