Chapter 6 Menu Operations — Menu list
Selects whether to use the <TC IN/OUT> terminal for input or for output.
[TC OUT]: Uses as output.
[TC IN]: Uses as input.
f Factory setting: [TC OUT]
Sets the type of time code output from the <TC IN/OUT> terminal.
[TCG]: Outputs the time code generator value of the camera at all times.
[TCG/TCR]: Outputs the time code generator value for camera image output, and the time code value of
the video being played back for video playback output.
f Factory setting: [TCG]
Sets the output delay of time code output from the <TC IN/OUT> terminal.
[RECORDING]: Outputs the recorded time code with no delay. This is used when performing simultaneous
recording on two cameras with the time code of this camera as the master.
[MON OUT]: Matches to output images.
f Factory setting: [MON OUT]
Sets the camera operation mode when an external device is connected to the USB.
[STORAGE]: Sets the mode to be used with connected devices such as an external hard disk drive.
[DEVICE]: Selects the USB device mode for using P2 cards as mass storage, using computers or other
devices connected via USB 2.0.
f Factory setting: [STORAGE]
Enables/disables the mode selected in [USB MODE SELECT].
[ON], [OFF]
f Factory setting: [OFF]
Sets the connection method when connecting the camera with an external device (such as a computer) via
network.
[WLAN]: Connects via wireless LAN.
[4G/LTE]: Connects via 3G/4G/LTE.
[LAN]: Connects via the <LAN> terminal.
[OFF]: Does not connect.
f Factory setting: [OFF]
Configures the settings regarding the HTTP server.
[BROWSE]: Enables the P2 browser function.
[BROWSE (+CTRL)]: Enables the HTTP server function, starting and stopping recording at the terminal
side, and preset control of time code or user bits.
[DISABLE]: Disables the HTTP server function.
f Factory setting: [DISABLE]
Sets entering/exiting of the playlist edit mode.
[ON], [OFF]
f Factory setting: [OFF]
[ENABLE]: Enables remote control with IP connection.
[DISABLE]: Disables remote control with IP connection.
f Factory setting: [DISABLE]
Sets the user account name.
Displays the currently set user account name. Registering of new accounts, deleting accounts, or changing
password can also be performed.
Sets the server name or an address to connect to.
Sets the user ID to connect to.
Sets the password to connect to.
The menu setting value is displayed with [*].
Sets when transferring files using SSH.
[ENABLE]: Uses SSH.
[DISABLE]: Does not use SSH.
f Factory setting: [DISABLE]
Sets the network port number when SSH is used. Set the same number as that of the server side.
The menu setting value is displayed with [*].
f Factory setting: [22]
Displays the MAC address of the <LAN> terminal on the camera. (Cannot be changed.)
Sets whether to use automatic acquisition via DHCP. (Mutually exclusive with [DHCP SERVER] setting)
[ENABLE]: Uses automatic acquisition.
[DISABLE]: Does not use automatic acquisition. Set [IP ADDRESS], [SUBNET MASK], [DEFAULT
GATEWAY], [PRIMARY DNS], and [SECONDARY DNS].
f Factory setting: [ENABLE]
Sets the IP address when [DISABLE] is selected in [DHCP].
f Factory setting: [192.168.0.1]
Sets the subnet mask when [DISABLE] is selected in [DHCP].
f Factory setting: [255.255.255.0]
Sets the default gateway when [DISABLE] is selected in [DHCP].
f Factory setting: [192.168.0.254]
Sets the primary DNS server when [DISABLE] is selected in [DHCP].
