These are various types of setting items when performing camera recording and playback.
Select the recording format.

Chapter 6 Menu Operations — Menu list
Sets the operation mode of the focus assist function.
[EXPAND]: The center of the viewfinder is displayed enlarged.
[IN RED]: Outlines the contour of the video in red.
f Factory setting: [EXPAND]
Selects the method to cancel expanded display when [EXPAND] is selected in [FOCUS ASSIST MODE].
[10SEC]: Cancels in 10 seconds.
[HOLD]: Does not cancel until the <FOCUS ASSIST> button is pressed again.
[UNTIL REC]: Cancels when recording starts. Expanded display is not available during recording.
f Factory setting: [10SEC]
Sets whether to perform the iris correction on the camera or on the lens.
[CAM]: Performs the iris correction on the camera.
[LENS]: Performs the iris correction on the lens.
f Factory setting: [CAM]
Sets the adjustment value of [IRIS GAIN]. When [CAM] is selected in [IRIS GAIN], this setting is enabled.

f Factory setting: [10]
Selects the auto iris detection window.
[NORM1]: Window that is near screen center.
[NORM2]: Window that is near screen bottom.
[CENTER]: Window that is a spot in the screen center.
f Factory setting: [NORM1]
Sets the operation of the auto gain control.
[ON]: Performs the operation of the [AGC] function that automatically adjusts camera gain.
[OFF]: Does not perform the operation of the [AGC] function that automatically adjusts camera gain.
f Factory setting: [OFF]
Sets the maximum gain value during [AGC] operation.
[3dB], [6dB], [12dB], [18dB]
f Factory setting: [12dB]
Sets the F value to switch control from auto iris to [AGC] during [AGC] operation.
[F2.8], [F4.0], [F5.6]
f Factory setting: [F2.8]
Enables/disables the auto knee and dynamic range stretcher functions.
[DRS]: Activates the dynamic range stretcher function when the <OUTPUT>/<AUTO KNEE> selector
switch is set to <ON>.
[ON]: Activates the auto knee function when the <OUTPUT>/<AUTO KNEE> selector switch is set to
<ON>.
[OFF]: Does not activate the auto knee and dynamic range stretcher functions when the
<OUTPUT>/<AUTO KNEE> selector switch is set to <ON>.
f Factory setting: [ON]
Selects the type of waveform to be displayed in the viewfinder when the USER button to which the [WFM]
function is assigned is pressed.
[WAVE]: Displays as a waveform.
[VECTOR]: Displays as a vector.
[WAVE/VECT]: Each time the USER button to which [WFM] is assigned is pressed, the display changes in
order from (no display) → [WAVE] (waveform) → [VECTOR] (vector) → (no display).
f Factory setting: [WAVE]
Selects the color bar to use.
[SMPTE]: Uses the color bar in the SMPTE standard.
[FULL BARS]: Uses full color bars.
[SPLIT]: Uses SPLIT color bars for SNG (Satellite News Gathering).
[ARIB]: Uses ARIB standard color bars.
f Factory setting: [SMPTE]
Selects the recording format.
[NORMAL]: Performs standard recording.
[INTERVAL]: Performs interval recording.
[ONE SHOT]: Performs one-shot recording.
[LOOP]: Performs loop recording.
f Factory setting: [NORMAL]
Selects whether to hold [RECORDING] settings.
[ON]: Holds the settings.
[OFF]: Does not hold the settings. It will always be [NORMAL] the next time when the power is turned on.
f Factory setting: [OFF]
Sets the recording duration of one-shot recording.
[1frm], [2frm], [4frm], [8frm], [16frm], [1s]
f Factory setting: [1frm]
Sets the interval duration for interval recording.
[2frm], [4frm], [8frm], [16frm], [1s], [2s], [5s], [10s], [30s], [1min], [5min], [10min]
