THROTTLE VALVE ASSEMBLY
Install the needle clip on the jet needle.
Install the jet needle into the throttle valve.
Assemble the throttle cable, spring, and throttle
valve. Align the throttle valve groove with the idle
speed adjust screw and install the carburetor cap to
the carburetor.
