3. Connect Receiver

3.1 How to connect the receiver

Connection of receiver and TV-unit
Connect the TV set by using a fully featured SCART cable to the "TV-Scart" socket of your
receiver.
Connection of receiver and Sat antenna
Connect the satellite antenna cable tot he DISH IN socket
Connection of receiver and hi-fi system
If you want to use your HiFi-System for audio output, connect the „AUDIO OUT" by using a
RCA-cable to your HiFi-System.
3.2 Connecting the Receiver to an optical A/V Receiver .
Connect the S/PDIF out of your Receiver by using a fiber optic cable to the A/V receiver.
To enable the AC3 sound activate the main menu and choose
Option > TV-OUT > AC3
To select the optional sound track use the red button Opt > Menu Audio and select with the
up/down arrows.
3.3 Connecting the Receiver with your power source
Connect the power supply tot he Receiver and the wall outlet, or use the cigar plug adaptor to
run the receiver with 12/24V.
