is adjusted in corresponding band. The 10 and 6 band options is used to produce a
consistent processed sound, free from undesirable artifacts. The 4 and 2 band
processing is to produce partially controlled sound, which preserves the frequency
balance of the original program material for lighter processing. The adjacent drop
down box named as DRC BASE PROFILE is for genre selection.
• TUNE: With TUNE soft key user can enter inside the DRC tune option. User has
flexibility to tune DRC's processing level (individual band or all frequency band
together), Operating point tune with OP TUNE soft key, Compander's threshold and
attack and release time with BAND TUNE soft key.
NOTE: 24 band tuning can't be done through TFT interface. Tuning of 24 band
can be done through interactive remote PC interface (Section 5). 10/6/4/2 band
DRC can be fine tuned with the front-panel TFT interface as well.
The M slider above can be used for changing the all sliders simultaneously.
Individual slider can be modified after selecting it with Rotary press/ touch. All
slider corresponds to one frequency band and the center frequency on the band is
mentioned at bottom of every slider. The level of the slider is indicated at the top of
the slider. OP TUNE and BAND TUNE option is explained below.
