Appendix 7: Removal Instructions

For the purpose of inspecting the insert itself or the fireplace, your insert may need to be
removed. To remove your insert follow these instructions:
 Unscrew the nut fastened to the welded bolt (B) holding the faceplate to the insert.
 Remove faceplate (D) assembled with the faceplate extension (C) by pulling them
towards you.
 Remove the blower assembly (E).
 Remove the three screws securing the pipe connector (A).
 Unscrew the levelling bolts (F) located on each side of the insert.
 Move the insert to perform maintenance.
