Description
This function sets video input mux of a specified
capture port.
It returns "FAILED" when argument "SwitchingChans"
of AdvDVP_Start was set nonzero. And, the video
input mux will be set 0 automatically when argument
"SwitchingChans" of AdvDVP_Start was set nonzero.
